Terms & Conditions

In consideration of my participation in surf and surf skate lessons, events, or activities organized by **The Girl and the Sea Surf School** and its instructors, I, the undersigned, agree as follows:

Acknowledgment of Risks 

• I understand that surfing and surf skating are physical activities that involve inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to physical injury, drowning, or death. I acknowledge that these activities take place in unpredictable and potentially hazardous environments such as oceans, beaches, or skateparks, and that accidents or incidents may occur.

Assumption of Risk 

•    I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with participating in surfing and surf skating activities provided by “The Girl and the Sea Surf School.” I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructors, but I understand that the nature of these activities may still involve risks despite safety measures.

 Release of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless “The Girl and the Sea Surf School,” its instructors, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for any claims, demands, causes of action, or damages (including personal injury, property damage, or death) arising out of or related to my participation in surf and surf skate lessons or events. This includes any liability for incidents that may occur as a result of negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Indemnity Agreement

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless “The Girl and the Sea Surf School,” its instructors, and all associated parties from any liability, loss, damage, or expense, including legal fees, arising out of my actions or negligence during the course of my participation in surf or surf skate activities.

 Medical Condition

•   I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would affect my ability to safely participate in surfing or surf skating activities. I agree to inform the instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect my participation.

 Consent for Emergency Treatment

• In the event of an emergency, I consent to the administration of first aid or medical treatment as deemed necessary by a qualified medical professional. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred due to an accident or injury.

Photo and Video Release

• I grant permission to “The Girl and the Sea Surf School” to use photographs, video, or any other media taken during lessons for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

Governing Law

• This waiver and release of liability is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which “The Girl and the Sea Surf School” operates, and any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

• I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating in those activities, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have book your surf or skate lessons, packages, or reserve a stay at our Dream on Wheels Cabin, please direct message us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
